Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Items must be returned in condition they were received.

If item is received damaged, proof of damage must be provided before receiving a return label. Return will be free and a full refund or replacement will be issued.

If the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window, there will be 20% restocking fee and return shipping will not be refunded.

If the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns the item within the return window but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer, there will be 50% restocking fee and return shipping will not be refunded.

Clearance, scratch and dent sale items are not returnable.
